Kevin is a Strategy Facilitator with over ten years experience in working with senior management teams to develop and implement organisations' strategies. His background is in finance, IT, sales, marketing and General Manager and CEO positions in two software companies.

Kevin is a Director of Waterfield Consulting, a boutique consultancy with contracts in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa and the UK. The philosophy of Waterfield Consulting is summed up in its by-line "The Grey Matter Mining Company". We believe that people understand what needs to happen to make quantum leaps in performance. What we do is design and facilitate processes to allow this collective knowledge to be shared and acted on.
